Man Shot in Robinwood
On June 27, 2013 at 12:06 p.m. Annapolis police dispatch received a call that Annapolis Fire Department was responding to the area of 1429 Tyler Avenue for a report of a subject shot. Annapolis police officers responded to the area and located an adult male near the basketball courts suffering from a gun shot wound to the torso. The man was transported by ambulance to Shock Trauma in Baltimore, where his condition is believed to be stable.

The man shot was identified as Brian Williams, 23, of Washington DC. Williams was treated at Shock Trauma in Baltimore and released the same day.
On June 30, 2013 at 7:32 p.m. Damian Stocks, 17, of Annapolis was arrested for the shooting that occurred June 27th in Robinwood. Stocks was charged as an adult with attempted first and second degree murder, first and second degree assault, reckless endangerment, use of a firearm in a felony or violent crime, handgun on person, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, possession of firearm by a minor, and discharging a firearm within the city. Stocks is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center without bond.
