  • COMPOSITION:
    Seven residents who have a demonstrated interest with regard to planning policy and with regard to land use matters and procedures. Term - five years. Appointed by the Mayor, confirmed by the Aldermen.

  • DUTIES:
    To review and decide planned developments and subdivisions, and to review and make recommendations to the City Council on proposed comprehensive plans, proposed zoning code amendments, re-zoning, and other planning matters as referred to them by the City Council.

    First Thursday of the month, 7:00 p.m., Council Chambers
