Pip Moyer Recreation Center Activity Hours

Please note the following current hours. Hours are subject to change:

Ballocity™

Mon-Thur: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 4 - 7 p.m.

Saturdays 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Sundays: noon - 4 p.m.

Closed on Fridays for cleaning.

Rock Climbing Wall (open climb) Mondays and Thursdays: 6 - 8:30 p.m. (youth and adult) Saturdays: 9 a.m. - noon Climbers must be at least 5 years of age. Climbers between ages 5 and 17 have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. If the climber is not a PMRC or Full Member, a Guest Pass must be paid at the Front Desk and must sign the Rock Climbing Wall waiver. Please note: Youth (ages 5-15) Rock Climbing Wall classes can be found on page 11 of the Spring 2012 Program Guide, and Adult classes on page 6.

Open Gym - times and days may be adjusted, so please call 410.263.7958 to verify court availability.

Daily: Court # 2 is reserved for Open Gym use

The PMRC staff encourages open gyms users to share the courts so that everyone benefits from recreation. All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Open gym is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The space and equipment must be shared. Food is not allowed in the gym areas and proper athletic shoes are required.

Auxiliary Gym

Monday-Thursday: 6:30 - 9 p.m.

Saturdays: 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Sundays: 4:30 - 6 p.m.

All youth under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. All Auxiliary Gym activities require indoor balls. Open Gym is on a first-come, first-serve basis and participants must share the space and the equipment. No food is allowed in the gym area and proper athletic shoes are required.

Kidz Zone Babysitting

Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. - noon and 6 - 9 p.m.

Fridays: 9 a.m. - noon

Saturdays: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Kidz Zone babysitting is available for children ages 4 months to 12 years. The fee is $3 per hour (or any portion of an hour) for the first child and $2 per hour for additional children of same family. A 10-hour punch card is available for $25. Adults must pay at the front desk for Kidz Zone babysitting. The cashier will issue a receipt to present to the child care attendant in the Kidz Zone room. Parents must remain in the facility at all times while their child is in Kidz Zone. Maximum length of each visit is two hours.
