Those in need of a handicap parking space, near or in front of their home, may apply through the State of Maryland, Department of Transportation, Motor Vehicle Administration, Special Investigation Division. Please follow directions on the application for mailing, etc.    Permit Application.

If approved, the State of Maryland will contact the City of Annapolis Public Works Department to post a sign.
