Capital Improvement Projects

The Capital Improvements Program (CIP) represents the City's investment in our future. Projects in the program include initial design, construction, developments and/or improvements of facilities. These projects are necessary to provide municipal services and the major equipment necessary to complete the services. The long term projects are based on the City's comprehensive master plan and capital improvement plan.
